Refund & Cancellation Policy

Printing is custom manufacturing. Cancellation eligibility depends on whether production has started.

Before production

A cancellation request may be reviewed before prepress or production begins. Payment gateway or non-recoverable service charges may apply where permitted.

After production starts

Orders generally cannot be cancelled once printing, binding or other custom production has begun. Defective or materially incorrect production should be reported promptly with supporting photographs and order details for review.

Refunds

Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment source and remain subject to payment-provider processing time.
